1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the LNS platform and all services provided therein.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be authorized by a registered organization (e.g., building owner, inspector, regulatory body).

3. Platform Usage

You agree to:

• Provide accurate elevator data and reports
• Not modify or falsify inspection reports
• Use QR-code-based inspections for traceability
• Respect all scheduled maintenance timelines

4. Account Management

• Users must not share access credentials
• Government authorities and managers may revoke or assign roles
• Access levels are defined by your role (Owner, Inspector, Technician, Viewer)

5. Data Ownership

• All elevator-related data remains property of the respective building owner
• We act as a data processor on your behalf
• System-generated reports are immutable once submitted

6. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended if:

• False information is submitted
• Inspections are routinely skipped
• Security breaches or access sharing occur

7. Limitations of Liability

We provide tools for documentation, reporting, and analysis. We are not liable for physical elevator faults, missed inspections by technicians, or failure to act on notifications.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
